Creators are expected to collaborate closely with our designer throughout the process. You will be asked to follow their professional recommendations to ensure your project aligns with international sales and distribution standards. We only request changes when necessary for the overall success of your project.
We take pride in everything we publish, and we expect the same care and commitment from you.
All Sacred Scribe decks are produced using the highest quality materials. Our pricing includes gilded card edges by default. Spot foil may be included at no additional cost depending on the card count and design of your deck, which will be reviewed individually.
This pricing also includes a guidebook of up to 180 pages. If your project exceeds that length, there may be an additional cost. All design details will be thoroughly discussed before you select a package, so there are no surprises.
We do not mark up production costs. Thanks to our long-standing relationship and high volume with our printer, you will benefit from the same favorable pricing that Sacred Scribe Publishing receives.

We publish new projects during two seasonal release windows: Fall and Spring. Our publishing calendar is often scheduled 1–2 years in advance, so your project will be placed accordingly based on when we begin working together.

Once all design elements are complete, a production sample is ordered alongside other upcoming releases.
Production begins 4–5 months prior to your publication date. Afterward, your inventory is shipped to our distributor’s warehouse in the U.S.
Marketing begins 6–8 weeks before your release date, depending on your chosen package. If your plan does not include marketing support, we strongly encourage you to promote your launch independently and continuously—especially during pre-orders, which are critical for a successful release.
As with traditional publishing, all projects must go through a submission and review process. Our editorial team will assess whether your creation aligns with our vision, quality standards, and publishing schedule before moving forward.
